1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the batpro website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at batpro.biz.
• "Account" means a registered player account held with batpro.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's batpro wallet, inclusive of deposited funds and credited winnings but exclusive of locked bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or enhanced odds credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game play placed using Account Balance or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, proof of address, and source of funds checks.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on batpro, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms take effect from the date of your first registration or, in the absence of formal registration, from the date of your first access to the Platform.

batpro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where amendments are material, batpro will provide reasonable notice via email or on-platform notification.

These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on batpro, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. batpro enforces a strict minimum age policy and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a batpro employee or affiliated company where such participation could create a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.

batpro permits only one account per individual. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms. batpro employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts and confiscate balances upon detection.

Registration constitutes a representation by you that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements. batpro may at any time request documentary proof of eligibility and may suspend access pending satisfactory verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. batpro strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account from the security settings panel.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any third party's account. Any Wager placed using your account credentials is deemed to have been placed by you, regardless of whether you authorised that access.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify batpro immediately at [email protected]. batpro will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend account access pending resolution. batpro will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

batpro will never contact you via unsolicited telephone call, SMS, or email requesting your password, OTP codes, or full payment card details. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on batpro are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast/1LINK, Retail Cash (OTC), and USDT TRC20. Method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. batpro reserves the right to modify these limits at its sole discretion.
• Deposits are generally credited within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. batpro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• batpro does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• batpro reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly where unusual account activity has been detected.

Deposited funds do not accrue interest. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from batpro's operational funds. In the event of insolvency, segregated player funds are not considered assets of batpro.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets and in-play wagers placed on the batpro sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or event-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not deemed accepted by batpro.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at batpro's discretion, including during significant match events. Bets placed before suspension are unaffected.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), batpro reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. This right will be exercised fairly and consistently.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market is settled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• All PSL cricket markets, Pakistan national team fixtures, and other cricket events are governed by the batpro Cricket Betting Rules supplement, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7 Casino Games

All casino games available on the batpro Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and specialty games, are provided by third-party certified game providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage, which is available within the game information panel.

All games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. batpro does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the published house edge inherent in each game's design.

batpro reserves the right to void casino game winnings where a technical malfunction, software error, or game configuration fault has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player. batpro's liability in the event of a game malfunction is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round.

Progressive jackpot games accumulate across all participating players and platforms sharing the same game provider network. Jackpot values are approximate and subject to final verification at the time of triggering. batpro is not responsible for jackpot payouts where the liability rests with the game provider.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

batpro offers promotional bonuses, enhanced odds, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of the offer in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested.
• Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements vary. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account upon expiry without compensation.
• batpro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and to remove bonus funds from an account where abuse of a promotion is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, device, or IP address. Systematic abuse of bonus offers across multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batpro Platform. Detection of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or access account features.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes for systematic financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other interactive game format.
• Placing offsetting bets on the same event across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "bonus hunting" beyond reasonable limits).
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any transaction that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your relationship with batpro.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

batpro cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will disclose account information where required by a valid legal order.

10 KYC & Verification

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and our licensing obligations, batpro is required to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides), or a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: Where deposits exceed specified thresholds, documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds may be required.

batpro will process KYC documents promptly and will not retain documents beyond the period required by applicable law or our licensing obligations. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC. This hold does not constitute forfeiture of funds.

11 Responsible Gaming

batpro is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, available directly from the account settings panel without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen duration and cannot be reversed before the period expires.

All users must be 21 years of age or older to register and play. 12 Intellectual Property

All content on the batpro Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game content, text, data, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of batpro or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of batpro.

The batpro name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary marks of batpro. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpro's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

batpro shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if batpro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

batpro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. batpro will not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or factors outside batpro's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits batpro's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by batpro's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Suspension & Account Closure

batpro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable time.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or registration using false information.
• Receipt of a request or order from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the Player under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting batpro support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

15 Amendments to These Terms

batpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — batpro will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or additions that are exclusively beneficial to players, may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under batpro's international gaming licence jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Pakistani law.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact batpro's customer support team, which will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally within ten (10) business days of receiving your complaint. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution body designated under batpro's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
